Our desperate situation affects us in our relationship. Desperation eats through us like cancer.

Fret not thyselfWe need to stop fuming and fretting & get peaceful. If we are to have power to live efficiently and how do we go about it:

- ✔ To keep the mind clean, at least pass through the memory thought of lofty mountain, a misty valley, silver moonlight on water.
- ✔ At least once in every 24hours, preferably in the busiest hour of your day, deliberately stop whatever you are doing for 10-15mins & practice serenity.
- ✔ At least at your busiest time, take out some time and go to church for prayers or prayer meetings. Communicate with God, it musn't be only on Sundays.
